Meremere Dragway
The sport of Drag Racing has been saddened by the death of a competitor at Meremere Dragway on Saturday 2nd February. The Meremere Dragway Board of Directors regrettably confirm that motorcycle competitor Laurie Webster received fatal injuries during an accident at Competition Meeting 3.
Eight class records were obliterated at the recent IHRA NZ Nationals, held at Meremere Dragway on 12th & 13th March 2016.
